You will conduct two interviews with (1) an individual dealing with the topic you chose and (2) someone helping an individual with the topic you chose. One person must be older (age 60 or older) and you must connect the interview to course concepts. Explain to your subjects that their privacy will be protected and you will not use their names.

5. What advice would you give to someone who is planning on becoming a caregiver?

As you go through the interview process, feel free to ask follow-up questions to clarify responses and to gain additional information. Be sensitive to the needs and experiences of the person you are interviewing. The questions provided here are basic sample questions that may be appropriate to ask some people, but not others. I recommend having back-up questions prepared in case you find that you need to take the interview in another direction than you had originally planned.
